cloud vault

I found the old video, and now I positively know I shouldn’t have watched it.

The video was pedestrian. Conversations lingered on for far too long, pittering and pattering with little in the way of cohesive progression.

What I held in my memory was far more vibrant. The laughter was pronounced, and the stories were absolutely remarkable. And surrounding us, the night seemed to light up with a bioluminescent luster that casted a halo of light across the entire scene.

I can’t delete the video—it’s very existence brings me back to that moment. But I will upload it to the cloud, casting yet another memory to the ether, which may never again be watched, but can always be found.
